Arranging for Return for exchange, refund or shop credit

We are happy to accept totally unworn as new products for either refund, product exchange or shop credit*, as long as product has reached us within 28 days from the date we ship your order.  

Customers sending returns back to us are responsible for return shipping costs to our fulfillment centre.  For some items (full price items) we can reship exchanged items at no cost to you. 

If you return a product for a refund Bonusdance will refund the products cost less actual shipping cost, restocking and handling charges. Handling & restocking charges are 20% of products cost when a product is returned for refund.  

When returning a product for exachange or shop credit no handling & restocking charges will apply.  

All items must be returned in undamaged original packaging with all tags still attached.  

*Items that are not returnable:

  • Items on clearance or sale.
  • Fishnets.
  • Any used, stained,washed or soiled products (perfume smell,dog/cat hairs etc.).
  • Custom Order/Special orders

Please contact [email protected] to request a return.  Once a return has been authorized you will be provided with a  return shipping address. Please note that BonusDance can only accept authorized merchandise returns. No unauthorized return will be accepted.

We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface(for example a carpet). This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes. 

All returned items must have reached Bonusdance within 28 days after we first shipped to you, with a printout of your receipt.  Any return requests received after 28 days cannot be processed, nor will we process returned products that reach us after 28 days deadline.

IMPORTANT: For your protection, please use traceable courier service when sending us returned items since we cannot give shop credit for lost shipments or shipments that don't reach us in time. 

Inspecting Your Delivery

Bonusdance makes every effort to ensure that the products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping company. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your goods.  In the event of any problems with goods or any shipping discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.
